Missing a Purchase

How to restore your purchase of the HakoVPN subscription made in the Apple App Store in the HakoVPN iOS app.

If you can’t use or find purchase that you bought, try to restore them.

Users that subscribed to HakoVPN in the Apple App Store can use the Restore Purchases feature in the HakoVPN iOS app to restore their subscription on their iOS device.

Under Settings -> Account -> Restore Purchase

If you try to restore and nothing happens or you get an error

• Make sure that you’re signed in with the same Apple Account that you used to make the purchase.

• Make sure that in-app purchases are allowed on your device.
• Restart your device.

• If you were charged for the purchase and you still can’t restore it, contact the app developer for support. You can also report a problem to Apple.
