# Missing a Purchase

If you can’t use or find purchase that you bought, try to restore them.

Users that subscribed to HakoVPN in the Apple App Store can use the `Restore Purchases` feature in the HakoVPN iOS app to restore their  subscription on their iOS device.

Under Settings -> Account -> Restore Purchase

## If you try to restore and nothing happens or you get an error

* Make sure that you’re signed in with the same Apple Account that you used to make the purchase.
* [Make sure that in-app purchases are allowed on your device](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102470).
* Restart your device.
* If you were charged for the purchase and you still can’t restore it, [contact the app developer](https://support.apple.com/en-us/102435) for support. You can also [report a problem to Apple](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=6).
