Cancel a Subscription

If you subscribed to HakoVPN through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device.

How to cancel your Apple subscription for HakoVPN in the HakoVPN iOS app

If you subscribed to HakoVPN through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple and will need to be canceled through the subscription plan on your iOS device.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to “Settings” on your iPhone

  2. Tap your name

  3. Select “Subscriptions”

  4. You will be presented with your active subscriptions. Tap on “HakoVPN”

  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription”

  6. Confirm your cancellation on the pop-up window

Please Note:

  • Deleting your HakoVPN account will not cancel your HakoVPN Subscription

  • Your Apple App Store account will be charged 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period

  • Subscription features will remain in your account until the end of the current paid period after canceling
